Honey is one of the worlds most renowned substances. It is mentioned in numerous religious texts, including the Holy Quran, as a healing substance and really is an under appreciated natural liquid. I want to comment about a couple of things in this piece - things a bit beyond what a median person would consider questioning. One question : Ishoney any different, and any better, than sugar? Second : Are there differing kinds of this golden substance, some being healthier than others?
Honey is made up of fructrose and sucrose, at approximately 75%, and then numerous other sugars. The remainder of it is other sugars, some protein, and minerals. Average superstore variety is filtered, and many of the beneficial substances have been removed. What’s reduces down to is that both of my questions will lead to the same answer. Some honey, namely the raw variety, trumps others. This is where the health claims of honey are being made. Raw honey , therefore , is the type that we need to look at when we ask if this natural sweetener is dissimilar than sugar.
Are we talking about yet another sweetener, maybe even like corn syrup? Absolutely not. It is known to have anti-allergic, anti inflammatory, and expectorant properties. It has been used to treat diverse stomach ailments, ulcers, and has been used as an anti-bacterial agent to treat the injuries of soldiers.
In 1989, the book of the Royal Society of medication contained an editorial which stated that “The therapeutic potential of uncontaminated, purehoney is far underutilized.” The varsity of Waikato’s Peter Molan writes, that the efficacy of honey as a healing agent has been unquestionably demonstrated in the literature reviewed in Part one of this article broadcast in 1999, but the biochemical rationalization of these effects is more hypothetical.

If you play sports or other physical activities, then you know that injuries come with the territory. Depending on the type of injury and the extent of your injury, you may need physical therapy. Physical therapy is the process of rehabilitation and recovery from your injury or physical ailment. Physical therapy works on recovery of your musculoskeletal system. Massage therapy is used as part of the recovery process. Some of the more advanced therapy clinics are starting to use massage chair recliners as part of their arsenal of tools to help people recover from their injuries.
If you start a physical therapy program, then you will be assigned a physical therapist. The therapist is a trained professional to help restore your strength, motion and activity. The therapist understands the mechanics of your body and will help design a treatment program for you. You will learn specific stretches, exercises and other specialized techniques to help your body recover. You may also use specific equipment that can address particular issues. Massage therapy has become an important tool in the recovery arsenal and many clinics are making use of massage chair recliners.
Your body will adapt after an injury or other trauma. The affected areas will be minimized from activity. As a result, those muscles not being used start to lose strength. It is important to start to regain strength in the affected areas as soon as is reasonable in your situation. Stretching builds initial flexibility and exercise builds back the strength. The exercises may focus on particular individual muscles in the beginning or certain groups. You may need to use a bicycle motion or a treadmill as part of your recovery routine.
When you are recovering from surgery most likely you will have new scar tissue. Scar tissue needs to be made more pliable through time. This will enhance the flexibility of the affected area. The mobility of the muscle and also the skin is at stake here. Massage therapy has been shown to increase the flexibility of muscles. Your muscles when injured may also have the muscle fibers break into short units. This reduces their flexibility. The muscles need to be more pliable by elongating the muscle fibers. Massage chairs use kneading and pressing massage techniques to relieve tight muscles and elongate the muscle fibers to restore their flexibility.

Genes and with pills research is currently being done by a lot of scientists. Experts are researching into lifestyles, and looking at belief systems and a whole lot of other things. The elusive fountain of youth’ is what they are busy searching for. Behind the ageing process But what is really? When you start to feel old, negative, depressed and tired, you start to slow down; that is when you do not have enough energy anymore. You are running out of time and energy. You age as your body becomes weaker and weaker because you are more and more blocked.
Live fast, die young, was a popular message from before. Don’t worry, be happy’ is the new thing. Live slow, die old’ will be the next thing?
You need to understand that you need to improve your energy and your timing if you really want to be young and if you really want to stay young. When you start to train to get more energy in your life, you enter a different time paradigm. Time starts to expand and your ageing process starts to slow down - it starts to freeze.
