How to Avoid Panic Attacks Easily
Friday, March 20th, 2009This is now our main concern - avoiding the problem of having a panic attack. We have to ask ourselves this question-
why do we want to avoid it in the first place. Isn’t it because we are afraid that it will happen again? But then, we just don’t realize that panic attack strikes due to this fear. If we are not afraid, if we don’t fear, then it will not happen.
Many individuals who have suffered panic attacks have experienced difficulty in breathing, as if they are to have heart attacks, they even feel dizzy. There is even a feeling of nausea and some tingling sensations. Although these symptoms are real- they cannot kill you. There is some misconception that if you have panic attack, you will die. It is not true. It is a proven medical fact that panic attack cannot cause death. Despite how awful you may feel at this time, it will not cause your death or even be maimed from it.
Now, how can one avoid panic attack? Everyone is hoping to find the answers to avoid situation. In my own perception, avoidance is not the best word. It should be prevention that one should try to find out how. But then, we must remember that whether we are looking for ways to avoid panic attack or ways how to prevent them, it is never easy. We don’t know when a said condition occurs. Therefore, it is not easy for us to avoid or prevent it.
